Federal Reserve Board FOIA manuals

To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all guidance documents or manuals for Federal Reserve Board employees who process FOIA requests.

I ask that all fees be waived for this request as I am a journalist -- employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe -- and I intend to use the requested documents to inform the public and not for any commercial benefit.

I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
