This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Records and guidance associated with the "Library Freedom Project" provided to state and municipal law enforcement partners or used internally. This is to include materials DHS spokesman Shawn Neudauer released in association with Library Freedom Project guidance provided to the media. Please include guidance provided by the Boston DHS office to the New Hampshire police department regarding activities joined by Library Freedom Project.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM, DVD-R, or BD-R if not.
