Dear Anthony,

We need a subject matter or product you are referring to for the records you are looking for. Are they food records, drug records, device records, etc? We need the subject/product you are referring to.
As soon as we receive your reply, we can begin searching.

It would be MOST helpful if you included a phone no. on your requests so I could contact you with my questions.

Thank you!

From: Food and Drug Administration

This is the last request I have from you that we are still unclear about. What is the subject matter and product that Tauler Smith was involved with? Thank you!

From: Anthony Roberts

The subject for the Tauler Smith request is dietary supplements, prohormones, research chemicals, peptides (IGF, etc...), anabolic steroids, adulterated dietary supplements, mislabeled/misbranded dietary supplements, and dietary supplement companies.

All FOIA requests and replies that go through MuckRock are posted online (that's kind of our thing) and it's a non-starter for me to reply with my phone number - as it too would end up online.

From: Food and Drug Administration

An acknowledgement letter, stating the request is being processed.

Your request is pending in CFSAN. You may call them directly at 240-402-2120 or email michael.howard@fda.hhs.gov.
