Dear Mr. Gustin:
We have received your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for: "any correspondence or communications between the White House or other members of the Trump administration, and the Federal Communications Commission regarding net neutrality, the Restoring Internet Freedom Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Sinclair Broadcast Group, or any actions involving the Media Bureau."
Your request as presently worded is too broad and vague to be processed. To enable us to process your request, please clarify the following.
1. What time period does your request refer to?
2. Who do you mean by "other members of the Trump administration?" We need to know what names or terms to search for.
3. Which personnel of the Federal Communications Commission are you referring to? It is not practical to search the files of every single person within the FCC. A Commission organizational chart can be found at https://www.fcc.gov/about-fcc/organizational-charts-fcc.
4. What do you mean by "actions involving the Media Bureau?" Again, we need to know what to search for.
Thank you for our cooperation.
Sincerely,
David S. Senzel
