This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any FCC licenses issued for satellite earth stations on any addresses on Peter Mountains Road in Albemarle County, Virginia. The city should be Rivanna, VA. The address should be 3263 Peter Mountains Road, but please search for all license issued for Peter Mountains Road as there could be a incorrect exact address or minor error. The license may be for a commercial company or a federal agency. Please note there may be more than one license issued for the location.
If you do not find any FCC licenses issued for "satellite earth stations" please expand the search for all licenses issued by the FCC for any company or federal agency on Peters Mountain Road in Rivanna, VA.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
