Dear Mr. Edwards,
The FCC International Bureau has engaged in a search for responsive records to your FOIA request dated February 21, 2023 (FOIA Control No. FCC-2023-000373). You requested that "in the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request." Please respond to this email within 10 business days to notify the agency regarding how you wish to proceed. The FCC's timeline for responding to your request will be tolled (paused) while we await your response on whether you wish to proceed with your request.

Good morning Ms. Malette,

Hope you're doing well.

It has been around 7 months since I submitted this request (#FCC-2023-000373) with only one response from the FCC. I sent messages in FOIAOnline on 03/14/23, 03/22/23, 06/28/23, and 09/11/23, with no response.

Now, due to the shutdown of FOIAOnline, I am not sure what the status of this request is and whether it has "fallen through the cracks" or was closed by mistake. Could you please update me on the status of the request?

I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

Thank you,
Landon Edwards
