To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Last year, Judge Anthony Trenga ruled that the Watchlist, under the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center, was Unconstitutional (ELHADY, et al., Plaintiffs, v. Charles H. KABLE, et al.; Case 1:16-cv-00375-AJT-JFA).
In this court case, the FBI admitted that it provided the Watchlist to hundreds of corporations. The FBI also provided a current copy of the Watchlist for the court's proceedings.

Please provide a copy of the FBI's Watchlist or the names listed, therein, as provided to the courtroom.
Alternately, please provide a copy of the Watchlist, as provided to numerous United States corporations.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Winter Calvert
