This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all briefs, memos, directives, PowerPoint slides, training manuals, guidelines, minutes of meetings, or other documents concerning Shared Responsibility Committees (SRCs) being set up by the FBI in New Jersey.

According to a recent report by CBSNewYork, the FBI is "setting up shared responsibility committees in New Jersey to help stop home-grown terrorism." See: http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2016/05/01/fbi-new-jersey-terrorism/.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
