FBI SAC Kevin Perkins

Dear SAC Kevin Perkins:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

In searching for these documents in my request please search all data bases that the FBI uses that are mentioned in this article/link dated June 18, 2015 :

FOIA trial offers rare look into how FBI searches records, responds to requests. http://www.rcfp.org/browse-media-law-resources/news/foia-trial-offers-rare-look-how-fbi-searches-records-responds-reques

Also, please search any data bases and/or storage documents where information is possibly held by the FBI to keep it out of reach of a FOIA requester.

I hereby request the following records:

1. Any FBI investigation involving drug trafficking between Vero Beach and/or Key West, Florida, late 1970's to 1980's where drugs were smuggled by private aircraft from the Bahamas into Vero Beach, FL. and then flown to the Ocean City, MD. airport for distribution
in the Worcester County/Eastern Shore area. A portion of the money derived from this particular
operation was being laundered through the Netherlands Antilles, and then used to buy properties
in Berlin, MD., possibly in the development known as Ocean Pines. My understanding is that a
FBI specialist in forensic investigations was allegedly working this case operating between the FBI field office, Salisbury, MD. and Florida. Please check the FBI field offices in Salisbury and Calverton, MD. Allegedly it was this agent that referred me (Donald Stone), through a 3rd party to the FBI in Salisbury, MD.

2. Any and all documents, data etc. pertaining to a FBI investigation possibly originating with the FBI in Annapolis, MD., started possibly in early 1999 involving the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation (AAEDC) and/or Linktel (aka Link Telecommunications Inc.) which was a company that was targeted (because of their alleged valuable intellectual property) by certain entities such as Communications Inc. and/or Shore Communications and/or West Shore Communications.

3. Concerning item 2, I'm looking for a specific document that was authored by a Jensen Beach, FL. resident that was sent to an employee of Anne Arundel County and was then given to a female FBI agent working out of Annapolis by the Anne Arundel County Executive. I believe this particular document is contained in the FBI file I'm looking for.

Very little is known about Donald Stone Investments Inc., it was completely unknown to me,
(Donald Stone), until early 1998, when it surfaced in a federal court defendant's pleadings.
It is alleged that certain individuals at Washington Investments and their associates were
using my good name (unknown to me) to attract investors into one of their many alleged
securities fraud schemes and/or alleged federal bankruptcy fraud schemes and/or alleged money
laundering schemes etc.

These documents are in the "Public Interest", but I'm requesting expedited service for this inquiry and I agree to pay the additional fees for the expedited service.

I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
