This email concerns your FOIA request to the FBI for information responsive to the Boy Scouts of America. The FBI mailed a second and final release of information to you on May 28, 2013. The release was made on one CD and you were advised to submit a payment of $20.00 for the duplication cost. To date, the FBI has not received payment for FOIA 1202680.

Remit your payment in the amount of $20.00, if making a payment by check, it should be made payable to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, 170 Marcel Drive, Winchester, VA 222602 or go to www.pay.gov to make an electronic payment.

If this office does not receive the payment by COB October 7, 2013. All pending FOIA requests with the FBI will be closed. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
