To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the provisions of the Privacy Act and the Freedom of Information Act. Please process this request under both regulations to release the maximum amount of materials. I hereby request the following records:

I request copies of any and all reports, including social media reports, correspondence, documents, emails, files, letters, memos, tapes, cds, audio, video, electronic, and/or other records about, related to, or referencing RevolutionTruth and/or RevolutionTruth.org, formerly known as "3WC World Wide Wiki Citizens." I prefer to receive the requested record in the electronic format in which it was created and/or is maintained.

RevolutionTruth, (www.revolutiontruth.org, https://www.facebook.com/revolutiontruth, https://www.facebook.com/groups/revolutiontruthcomm/, https://twitter.com/RevTruth), is an organization initially formed in support of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, Bradley Manning and whistleblowers in general. The organization and our members have written letters, conducted campaigns in support of WikiLeaks and Pfc Bradley Manning, and produced short films and live panel discussions. Members have worked on campaigns with the Bradley Manning Support Network (www.bradleymanning.org). We also function as an alternative news organization, having produced videoarchived live panel discussions on the subjects of WikiLeaks and cyber whistleblowing, the Occupy Movement and the Black Bloc, and on the National Defense Authorization Act. Panelists have included former WikiLeaks staff members and military whistleblowers. The organization was in the process of producing a panel series on the Arab Spring and global revolution when the series had to be shelved due to a chilling effect on free speech in the USA under a provision in the 2012 NDAA. Confirmed panelists in the Global Spring series included activists and revolutionaries in the Middle East, including Tunisians and Egyptians, and self-proclaimed members of Anonymous who had assisted in keeping Egyptians online during the fall of the Mubarak regime. We were also in discussions with citizens of Libya, Yemen, and Palestine (including supporters of Hamas) working to include them as panelists in this series, prior to its being suspended.

To simplify your search for material related to our request we are able to define the
following time periods:

Our organization was known under the name "3WC World Wide Wiki Citizens" from 12/11/2010 to 1/31/2011.
