To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All documents from the central records and cross-reference indices that are on, about, referencing, or concerning any of the organizations listed below that also mentions "Scientology" or "Scientologist". Please limit the search for responsive documents to the time period from January 1, 1960 through December 31, 1990.

American Medical Association
American Psychiatric Association
American Psychological Association
Coordinating Conference on Health Information
Easter Seals Society (aka Easter Seals, Inc.)
National Council Against Health Fraud
National Health Federation
National Health Foundation
National Institute of Mental Health
National Mental Health Association

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the documents that were released by US District Judge Richey during the litigation following the 1977 FBI raid on Church of Scientology offices (Eg.: http://www.suppressiveperson.org/sp/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/1B-39.pdf ). This publicly released documentation from USA v. Hubbard et al, in addition to a recent FOIA release of FDA investigative files I received (Reference No. 2015-158), has revealed a global Scientology plot where the US-based organizations listed above were targeted for infiltration, exploitation and/or disinformation campaigns that was widely reported: http://www.xenu-directory.net/news/images/thecompiler-1979-30.pdf

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Ms. R. M. Seibert
