This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
Donald Stone hereby request the following records:
Any and all FBI files or documents on Hal P. Glick (Deceased 2015)
Hal P. Glick was a known associate of Charles Richard Longo Sr., Gilbert Sapperstein, his son Mark Cary Sapperstein, Robert Warfield Sr., Bruce A. Moore, Gregory M. Burgee, John Frische, Bruce A. Moore, Bruff J. Procter, Richard Collins, Regan Smith, Joseph Harrison Jr. and two Worcester County Circuit Court judges, Theodore Eschenburg and Thomas Groton in Snow Hill, MD.
Hal P. Glick was known primarily to operate out of Ocean City, Maryland with possibly a secondary base of operations in the State of Florida.
The Requestor, Donald Stone ask that the following FBI field offices in Maryland,Florida, and D.C. be searched (but not limited to) for information on Hal P. Glick; Baltimore, Annapolis, Salisbury, Frederick (Maryland) FBI headquarters Washington D.C. and Florida FBI offices in; Miami, West Palm Beach, Ft. Pierce, Tampa, Sarasota, and Tallahassee.
FBI agents in Maryland and Florida that are alleged to have possible knowledge of Hal P. Glick in Maryland; Marina Murphy, Dave Midura, and in Florida; George Piro, Hector Pasquera, Gary Favita, Kit Wicox, Constantine Golvatny, Michael McBride, and Chuck Wilcox.
These documents are requested in an effort to clarify the allegations of how/why Hal P. Glick's known associate, Gilbert Sapperstein managed to steal an estimated $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board over approx. 10 year period, early 1990's to 2003 while allegedly under investigation by the FBI in D.C. , Maryland, and Florida
The requested documents will be made available to the general public.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
