Attention: Michael Morisy

Mr. Morisy – we spoke a couple of weeks ago about your previous request for information on Betty Garrett, FBI FOIPA 1161948. I inquired when we might expect this shipment to be delivered to the National Archives. These documents are part of group of records making up 175 pallets and are awaiting shipment to the National Archives for permanent archiving. The FBI is awaiting the “send” authorization from the National Archives to ship these records. Unfortunately, I could not get a more certain date when that shipment is expected.

Please feel free to contact me in the future (2-3 months) and I will be happy to get you an update at that time.

Dennis Argall
FBI FOIA Liaison
