From: David McMillan

To Leanna Ramsey,

I supply as proof of death and his importance to the public interest an article in memoriam from the new York Times:

http://www.nytimes.com/1995/01/07/obituaries/ben-rich-69-stealth-jet-project-chief-dies.html

He's one of the world's foremost aeronautical engineers, his autobiography has sold many tens, if not hundreds of thousands of copies thug Amazon.com alone

I believe this satisfies the second and third requirement for release of records mentioned in the previous email. Any files will be made available to the public through muckrock and is in furtherance of academic and journalistic endeavours.

I would like to widen my search, if possible, to include inyer-agency or fbi-military records regarding Ben Rich as well as documents directly relating to him.

Many thanks and regards
David McMillan
