A copy of any files the FBI has on, about or concerning Ann Marie "Annie" Tidman (aka Annie Broeker and Annie Logan; February 16, 1956 - June 14, 2011), Social Security No. 553-89-1725. Official death record: http://bit.ly/1KjP6JO

Please do an all-inclusive search of the central records, cross-reference and ELSUR indices when identifying responsive documents for this request.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to Ms. Tidman's lifelong career of being an top-level executive with the distinguished title of "Loyal Officer" in the Church of Scientology Sea Organization, where she was the personal caretaker for founder L. Ron Hubbard prior to his death, in conjunction with the unusual circumstances leading up to her own death that has been widely reported: http://blogs.villagevoice.com/runninscared/2012/01/annie_broeker_ann_tidman_scientology.php

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
