I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to Ms. Tidman's lifelong career of being an top-level executive with the distinguished title of "Loyal Officer" in the Church of Scientology Sea Organization, where she was the personal caretaker for founder L.
