This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

(2) Any additional documentation referencing the Los Angeles, CA non-profit organization Yvonne Gillham founded in 1969 officially known as "Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre International" or "Scientology Celebrity Centers" informally.

Please do an all-inclusive search of the central records, cross-reference and ELSUR indices when identifying responsive documents for this request.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the high-profile positions Mrs. Jentzsch held as a Commanding Officer in the Scientology Sea Organization, her widely known connection to L.
