To Whom It May Concern:

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any files the FBI has on Brian Malcolm Roubinek, born March 19, 1944 and died February 11, 1993, Social Security No. 346-34-7253. Death record: http://death-records.mooseroots.com/l/135576006/Brian-M-Roubinek

Please search the cross-reference and ELSUR indices, in addition to the Central Records System, when identifying responsive documents for this request.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to Mr. Roubinek's 1986 admission that he personally directed the government agency break-ins in Washington, DC during "Operation Snow White" in the 1970s; the world's largest infiltration of government agencies and private organizations by the Church of Scientology: http://bit.ly/1fygROg

Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Ms. R. M. Seibert
