This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all completed and submitted FD-252 forms, Employee Suggestions, filed between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017. Do not limit the search to a simple search of the indices, please consult with the office(s) responsible for compiling or responding to the FD-252 forms.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I am appealing the integrity of the FBI's search, as a CRS search isn't reasonably calculated to locate completed copies of the forms. There is also no reasonable doubt that such forms have been completed.
