Dear Mr. Smathers,

Can you please explain how emails from Lane.Christensen@ic.fbi.gov and Amy.Weber@ic.fbi.gov are considered third party records?

Are Lane Christensen and Amy Weber FBI employees?

My request is for emails sent by FBI agents to Intelligence@azdps.gov

I believe this reasonably describes the records I am looking for and is enough for you to conduct a search. I understand you state that you do not index these records, however, such a request is routine for IT staff and is common e-discovery.

Please conduct a search for responsive records.
