This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

This FOIA request is for all FBI documents pertaining to allegations of FBI corruption and/or criminal activity involving the FBI field offices in West Palm Beach,Ft. Pierce, FL. and Miami involving a complaint Donald Stone filed with FBI SAC for the Southern District of Florida, Hector Pasquera, and Pasquera's response dated on or about March 22, 2002, referencing FBI file number 263-0 documents believed to be relevant in explaining how Maryland/Florida resident, Gilbert Sapperstein managed to steal and launder an estimated $3.5 million from the Baltimore School Board over a 10 year period of time, while allegedly under investigation by numerous federal alphabet agencies.

See attached PDF file of Stone's certified mail receipts of letters to Hector Pasquera and his FBI colleague, Gary Favita and a copy of Pasquera's envelope containing his response.

Of special note FBI FOIA, David M. Hardy on at least two prior occasions has claimed been unable to locate any FBI files pertaining to Donald Stone, the requester.

Stone agrees to pay reasonable fees.The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
