This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All accident and incident reports submitted in FY2010, FY2011, FY2012 and FY2013 that involve an unmanned aerial vehicle, unmanned aerial system, drone, etc

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Afternoon Mr. Musgrave,

This message is in reference to your FOIA Request 2014-2307 requesting a
copy of records for all accident and incident reports submitted in FY2010,
FY2011, FY2012 and FY2013 that involve an unmanned aerial vehicle,
unmanned aerial system, drone, etc. We apologize for the delay in
replying to your request. Due to a backlog of FOIA cases, the scope of
the data in your request and our office being undermanned, your request is
still being processed.

An additional 30 days (weekday) extension from April 22, 2014 is requested
to complete your FOIA request. A new due date of June 4, 2014 is
requested to complete your FOIA case.

Please reply back and acknowledge extension.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in replying to your request. Our office is undermanned on staffing and we have a large backlog of FOIA cases.
