Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

- any accident, investigation, pilot deviation reports, legal enforcement actions (incl suspensions, revocations and/or monetary penalties) or FSDO records (including statements or phone recordings from Las Vegas or Henderson Tower ATC regarding a possible pivot deviation on June 20, 2020 where N731NR may have entered Bravo airspace without clearance*)
- from 2018-Nov-5 to present,
- of owner WIFE APPROVED LLC, registration N731NR, or Jeff Wachner.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
Please inform me prior to conducting any service demanding fees.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
