This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

1. The FAA records and numbers for any aircraft owned by and/or associated with Richard Royden McCleary, Florida and/or Maryland resident. Possibly registered in Key West or Vero Beach, FL.

2. The FAA records and numbers for any aircraft owned by and/or associated with any entity involving directly and/or indirectly, Richard Royden McCleary, Florida and/or Maryland resident.

This is some additional information that may help you find the information I'm seeking:

"All five were arrested 16 months ago when Maryland police confiscated 4.4 lbs. of high-quality cocaine that had been smuggled from Florida aboard a plane that had been chartered from a firm that McCleary once owned".
