This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of any and all internal reports that reference or mention the UAS Pathfinder Program (https://www.faa.gov/news/updates/?newsId=83927). A copy of contracts, budgets, and correspondence between the FAA and CACI International, Inc. for the program. Any and all emails sent between John Mengucci of CACI International, Inc. and FAA officials.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. The documents will be used in the course of reporting for Motherboard, VICE's science and technology news website. We have written regularly about drones and drone regulations (motherboard.vice.com/tag/drone+regulations).

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request, and I ask that it be processed in the "media" category. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
