Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

As well as Ffata and Data acts I am requesting any available expense reports filed by any field agents or other employee classification (s) for monies spent in Berlin and Frankfurt Germany as well as Las Vegas, Nevada for the month of December 2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This email is in response to your email below, please be advised the Freedom of Information Act does not require federal agencies to answer questions or to create explanatory materials in response to a FOIA request, but rather is limited to requiring agencies to provide access to reasonably described, nonexempt records. See NLRB v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., 421 U.S. 132, 162 (1975); Zemansky v. EPA, 767 F2d. 569,574 (9th Cir. 1985).
