This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A narrative listing of all responsive cases involving expense reimbursement, expense fraud, travel expenses, entertainment expenses program fraud, general fraud, and theft. The data would be pulled from your investigative database including the Case number, Date opened, Date closed, Type (investigation, complaint, etc), Action, and Status similar to documents that were released in FOIA number #2013-163. My scope of search will be from January 1st 2015 to the date this request is processed by your office.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
