This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all correspondence, including letters, memos, as well as emails and attachments, sent or received by Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, or other staffers in the Office of the Secretary, that contain one or more of the following phrases: "Executive Committee for Expedited Permitting", or "ECEP". This request pertains to communications sent or received between August 1, 2017 and the date this request is processed.

I am a reporter with Pacific Standard magazine, and the requested documents will be made available to the general public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
