Each of this agency's annual Congressional Budget Justification documents.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

This E-Mail acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), which we received in our FOIA office via E-mail on February 22, 2016. We have designated your inquiry as FOIA Request # 201600028F.
Ex-Im Bank intends to disclose the requested records to the fullest extent of the law. Please be assured that we are processing your request as expeditiously as possible. However, staff workload, limited resources, and the extent of research required to process your request may delay completion. Please consider this as a notice that additional time may be required to process your request.
Provisions of the FOIA Act allow us to recover the cost of complying with your request. We shall charge you for records in accordance with the Export Import Bank's FOIA regulations as they apply to the media requester category. As a media requester you will be charged 10-cents a page for duplication; the first 100 pages are free. We will construe the submission of your request as an agreement to pay up to $50.00. You will be contacted before any further fees are accrued.
