A copy of the Ex-Im Bank FOIA Office Brochure, posted on the Ex-Im Bank employees only website.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This E-Mail acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank), which we received in our FOIA office via E-mail on April 18, 2016. We have designated your inquiry as FOIA Request # 201600053F.
Ex-Im Bank intends to disclose the requested records to the fullest extent of the law. Please be assured that we are processing your request as expeditiously as possible. However, staff workload, limited resources, and the extent of research required to process your request may delay completion. Please consider this as a notice that additional time may be required to process your request.
Provisions of the FOIA Act allow us to recover the cost of complying with your request. We shall charge you for records in accordance with the Export Import Bank's FOIA regulations as they apply to the media requester category. As a media requester you will be charged 10-cents a page for duplication; the first 100 pages are free. We will construe the submission of your request as an agreement to pay up to $50.00. You will be contacted before any further fees are accrued.
