This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning Eugene Cullen Kennedy (August 28, 1928 – June 3, 2015). Kennedy was a well known public figure and his death is common knowledge, therefore, proof of death is not required. For example, his death was published in the news by the New York Times here: http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/11/us/eugene-kennedy-a-voice-for-change-in-the-catholic-church-dies-at-86.html?_r=0 and by the Chicago Tribune here: www.chicagotribune.com/news/obituaries/ct-eugene-kennedy-obituary-met-20150604-story.html

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I agree to fees up to $12.
