This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning Eugene Cullen Kennedy (August 28, 1928 – June 3, 2015). Kennedy was a well known public figure and his death is common knowledge, therefore, proof of death is not required.
