This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

-Copies of any and all investigation reports on ESCO Marine of 16200 JOSE GARZA RD, BROWNSVILLE, Texas.

-Any and all letters, emails, or other comparable forms of communication sent to ESCO Marine since 2000.

I also request that all fees be waived as i am a journalist -- employed by MuckRock and the Boston Globe -- and intend to use any pertinent information I receive as a result of this request to educate the public

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thanks for all your help, 55 files would have been way too much for me to handle too. As we discussed on the phone, I've modified my request to include only investigation files since 2010 in which a violation was found. You had mentioned that there were seven of those, I believe.

We also agreed it would be much easier to send the documents on a CD-ROM instead of hard copies.
