I'm requesting all e-mail records for Eric Nelson 12.01.19-12.31.19 pertaining to key words; AAFCO. Eric Nelson works at FDA-CVM

I have not received any records or any official response for my FDA FOIA request 2020-1179. I am appealing my request since no documents have been provided to me in accordance with FOIA law. I was provided this control number by FDA on 02.07.2020. I was told in the response that provided a control number to me "We will respond as soon as possible and may charge you a fee for processing your request." I do not have an issue with any processing fee and in my original request, I stated "The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request."
I hope to have your help obtaining records for my request.
