Dear Mr. Masnick,
We are working on your FOIA request (EPA-R9-2019-003646) regarding the music licensing for EPA’s Recycle City Challenge, but our efforts have been delayed by several days due to some recent staffing shortfalls.  So far we have found no responsive documents, but we are continuing our search and expect to have a final response to your request by April 29.
Please confirm in writing as soon as possible that you agree with EPA’s plan and timeframes for responding to your FOIA request.  If we do not receive a response from you by Wednesday, April 24, 2019, we will assume you concur with this plan.
