Ms. Russell,

Thank you for your recent FOIA Request No. EPA-HQ-2018-001620 received by the Agency on November 9, 2017, in which you requested "all recusal forms submitted by members of the Trump's Administration's 'Deregulation Team'." I was hoping to give you a call to discuss your FOIA request but you do not have a number listed in FOIA Online. In order to ensure that we can provide you with the records you seek, I'd like to further understand what you mean by the Trump's Administration's Deregulation Team. Are you referring to those individuals listed in Administrator Pruitt's March 24, 2017 memorandum identifying members of the Regulatory Reform Task Force? Please see https://www.epa.gov/laws-regulations/regulatory-reform for a copy of this memo. And do you mean signed recusal statements when you say "recusal forms"?

Please respond within 10 days of this correspondence so that we can clarify your request.
Thanks,
Shannon

Thank you for getting back to me!
Yes, I was referring to the Regulatory Reform Task Force, and to "signed recusal statements." I apologize for the confusion. Thank you for your help!
