-All recusal forms submitted by members of the Trump's Administration's "Deregulation Team."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for your recent FOIA Request No. EPA-HQ-2018-001620 received by the Agency on November 9, 2017, in which you requested "all recusal forms submitted by members of the Trump's Administration's 'Deregulation Team'." I was hoping to give you a call to discuss your FOIA request but you do not have a number listed in FOIA Online. In order to ensure that we can provide you with the records you seek, I'd like to further understand what you mean by the Trump's Administration's Deregulation Team. Are you referring to those individuals listed in Administrator Pruitt's March 24, 2017 memorandum identifying members of the Regulatory Reform Task Force? Please see https://www.epa.gov/laws-regulations/regulatory-reform for a copy of this memo. And do you mean signed recusal statements when you say "recusal forms"?
