This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All communications to and from EPA employee Nancy Dunham in the Office of General Counsel containing "Beale," "Inspector General," "OIG," "non-disclosure agreement," or "NDA" between Feb. 1, 2013 and Feb. 1, 2014.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good Morning, Mr. Ciaramella-
For EPA-HQ-2014-004082, I sent a letter to you on July 20, 2015 asking if you were still interested in proceeding with this request and to notify me within 30 business days if you were. We held the request open for over a year, and my colleague Mark Stilp spoke with you over the phone in late August 2016, where you indicated you would let us know if you were still interested. Mr. Stilp followed up with an email on September 2, 2016. We didn't hear back from you, so we closed your request as withdrawn on September 30, 2016. If you are, in fact, still interested in having the request for "All communications to and from EPA employee Nancy Dunham in the Office of General Counsel containing 'Beale,' 'Inspector General,' 'OIG,' 'non-disclosure agreement,' or 'NDA' between Feb. 1, 2013 and Feb. 1, 2014," please resubmit your request through the FOIAonline portal. Please also let me know if you resubmit this FOIA request so we can be on the lookout for it from our National FOIA Office.
