This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, files, reports, communications regarding potential or real environmental effects, and other relevant material and evaluations prepared at any time as part of National Environmental Policy Act requirements regarding the William Jefferson Clinton Federal Building, which currently houses the headquarters for the Environmental Protection Agency(https://www.epa.gov/aboutepa/visiting-epa-headquarters). Please include any available materials for that location during periods when it did not bear the current name, including the periods when it was referred to as the New Post Office and the Ariel Rios Federal Building.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
