Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all documents created since January 1, 2017, regarding the EPA final rule of June 26, 2019, Docket ID: EPA_FRDOC_0001-24077, Federal Register Number 2019-13290, making changes to the agency's FOIA regulations at 40 CFR part 2.

The definition of "documents" under this request should include, but not be limited to, copies of materials regarding the rule in any format (printouts, PDF and other digital file formats, emails, notes from meetings and voice-to-voice communications, audio recordings, etc.) within the EPA as well as with the following government entities:

- Staff and officials of the offices of the President, Vice President, and the staff organizations of the Executive Office of the President.
- Cabinet-level and independent agencies of the U.S. government.
- Any parties outside the U.S. Government.

Please include any processing notes made in completing this request.

In order to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am requesting this information as a representative of the news media affiliated with the independent publication Deregulation Nation.

I also request that fees be waived, as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of news media/press and is made as part of news gathering.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
