To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any memoranda or other guidance documents regarding the Supreme Court's decision in Pereira v. Sessions, including any guidance to Immigration Judges on whether or how to terminate removal proceedings following the Supreme Court's Pereira decision and any e-mail messages or other correspondence from the any employee of the EOIR or the Office of the Attorney General to the Immigration Judges about how to apply Pereira.
2. All e-mail messages to or from any EOIR employee mentioning the term "Pereira" from June 22, 2018 to June 25, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
