To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All e-mail messages sent to the address "All_of_Judges@EOIR.USDOJ.GOV" from January 20, 2017 to the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
An acknowledgement letter, stating the request is being processed.
To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Freedom of Information Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on Aug. 21, 2018. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response. You had assigned it reference number #2018-46332.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.
Our OIT has been able to get us all the e-mails going back to 12/7/2017. They have not yet been able to give us back to 1/20/2017. There are 106 e-mails (or e-mail strings). If you will scope to 12/7/2017, we will start working on those now. Otherwise we will wait for OIT to keep working back. I don't know how long it will take, they are backed up. Please let me know your preference, thanks.
I'd rather wait and receive all of them going back to Jan. 20, 2017.
Has there been any update on this since October, 2018? Thank you.
Matthew, this was approved for release before the shutdown. It should arrive via CD. Wr/JRS
It does not appear we ever received a response to this request (2018-46332). On 2/4/19 Joseph Schaaf wrote that it had been approved for release before the shutdown and should be arriving via CD, but it doesn't appear we have received either a CD or an adjudication letter.
Can you please send them? Thank you.
Matthew, this response was sent 12/14/2018. Please check snail mail for a CD. Wr/JRS
