Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act Request, I hereby request the following records:

1) All all-staff emails sent to Executive Office of Immigration Review personnel in FY 2019.;

2) All all-staff emails sent just to the Board of Immigration Appeals personnel in FY 2019.

I am a full-time reporter at the newspaper CQ Roll Call, based in Washington, D.C. My work has also appeared in The Atlantic, NPR, the BBC, Texas Tribune, Mother Jones, among other publications.

Please provide these records to me on a rolling basis as your office processes them, rather than waiting until all records are processed.
