This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
All communications and documents of EPA staffers Misha Atamadioutus, Kevin Culligan, Elliott Zenick, Elyse Steiner, Scott Jordan, Alex MacPherson sent and received between representatives of the Edison Electric Institute (eei.org), Hunton & Williams (hunton.com), U.S. Chamber of Commerce (uschamber.com), National Association of Manufacturers (nam.org).
The timeframe of this request is between February 1, 2017 and the processing date of this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. It is in the public's interest to know how federal government employees at the EPA are working to review the Clean Power Plan. Office of Management and Budget's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs published meeting notifications that have listed the EPA staffers included in this FOIA as attendees for several meetings.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest. The organization I work for, the Energy and Policy Institute, is a clearinghouse of information and can qualify as a representative of the news media. There are several examples of public record requests that have been provided to my organization and that were then published on our website to inform the public.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This letter concerns the above-referenced Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, received by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on August 1, 2017, in which you requested all communications and documents of EPA staffers Misha Atamadioutus, Kevin Culligan, Elliott Zenick, Elyse Steiner, Scott Jordan, Alex MacPherson sent and received between representatives of the Edison Electric Institute (eei.org), Hunton & Williams (hunton.com), U.S. Chamber of Commerce (uschamber.com), National Association of Manufacturers (nam.org).
