This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I hereby request the IOB reporting memorandums sent to the Intelligence Oversight Board, from 2010 to the present, in relation to the quarterly reporting requirement under E.O. 12333 for Heads of Elements of the Intelligence Community to report "intelligence activities of their elements that they have reason to believe may be unlawful or contrary to executive order or presidential directive."

Good morning Sir,
After I sent my response to you with a no record response as the request did not pertain to CGIS, my part to your request was complete. I am not the Office of Coast Guard Intelligence but Coast Guard Investigative Service. Your request was staffed to the Office of Coast Guard Intelligence and it is up to them and whomever they deem is responsible to answer your request.

Attn: Rylan M (Muckrock):
You are listed as the point of contact for the above-captioned Request to the Coast Guard, dated 11 November 2016.
My office is the legal advisor to the Assistance Commandant for Intelligence. Your request was interpreted as seeking 2010-2016 intelligence oversight reports sent by the Coast Guard to the Intelligence Oversight Board (IOB).
The CG-2 FOIA coordinator will shortly send you our response which will advise that the Coast Guard does not report directly to the IOB, rather; IOB reports are made by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
