Dear Ms. Best,

I am writing in response to your February 21, 2018 request for records in
the custody of the National Archives and Records Administration. Your
request for a copy of the Enemies List from Record Group 460: Records of
the Watergate Special Prosecution Force, was received in this office on
February 22, 2018 and assigned FOIA case tracking number 56153.

As identified in our WSPF finding aid, records relating to the Enemies List
are found in the following locations:

*Plumbers Task Force, Misuse of the IRS (box 4):*

Planning and Coordination [54 pages; 49 pages open, 2 pages redacted to
protect grand jury secrecy, 2 pages redacted to protect personal privacy,
and 1 page redacted to protect a confidential source]

Investigative Correspondence [176 pages; 144 pages open, 7 pages redacted
to protect grand jury secrecy, and 25 pages redacted to protect personal
privacy]

Documentary Evidence/Summaries [207 pages; 184 pages open, 2 pages redacted
to protect grand jury secrecy, and 21 pages redacted to protect personal
privacy

The records described above may be viewed in the research room at our
College Park, Maryland facility. If you are unable to examine the records

Since the files were last reviewed in 1998, some of the information
redacted to protect personal privacy could potentially be released. The
information redacted to protect grand jury secrecy and the confidential
source will not change. The files have not been digitized, but if I
re-review for the privacy withholding, I'll scan the files in their
entirety. Let me know if you would like this done.
