From: FOIA Status

Dear John Dyer,

This is a follow-up to your e-mail dated February 8, 2016, in which you inquired about the status of your Freedom of Information Act request case control number F-2015-15566. Our office was recently informed that your request (Case number F-2015-15566) is a duplicate of Case number F-2014-15014 in our system. The case analyst that is processing your request has received the same request with a different timeframe. The case analyst is asking that you withdraw case number F-2015-15566 due to the fact that it will slow up the search process for both cases. The search of records from the Department of State will be combined and will include the timeframe for case control numbers F-2014-15014 and F-2015-15566. The Department of State will continue to process these request under case control number F-2014-15014.

Please send your withdrawal statement by fax to 202-261-8579 or to the foiastatus@state.gov<mailto:foiastatus@state.gov> e-mail address and include your case control number
F-2015-15566.

We appreciate your assistance in this matter.

If you have any questions regarding the status of your request, please contact the FOIA Requester Service Center (FRSC) on 202-261-8484 and refer to your case control number F-2014-15014.

Sincerely,

Charlotte W. Duckett
