Project, Inc., including but not limited to:

Are you willing to accept “clearly releasable” records? If you agree to
receive only “clearly releasable” information, we can usually provide you
with a final response within one week after we finish our search for
responsive documents. Under the law, some information is almost always
exempt from release. This information includes but is not limited to unit
prices, the names of key personnel, and in some cases the names and contact
information of certain other individuals. If you agree to receive only
clearly releasable information but don't agree with any redactions we make,
simply provide us a follow-on request for the redacted information. We will
then expedite a response to that follow-on request through our Initial
Denial Authority that gives you all your appeal rights under the law."
Please indicate in a response to this email that you are willing to accept
“clearly releasable records.

We have classified you as an "New Media" requester. As such, we may charge
you for the full direct cost of searching for and duplicating records,
except that the first 2 hours of search time and the first 100 pages of
duplication shall be furnished without charge. We charge $48 per hour for
search time and duplication is $.15 per page. There is no charge for review
time.

We recognize your willingness to pay up to $25.00. Should the cost of
processing your request exceed that amount, we will reach out to you before
continuing to process your request.

You can expect to hear from us promptly regarding the outcome of this
search.

Respectfully,

Shanée
