From: AFL

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails sent to and from gov@twitter.com and misinformation@cisecurity.org by any CISA employee.
The time period for this request is Jan. 21, 2021 until the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

AFL requests expedited processing for this request because this is a matter of widespread and exceptional media interest in which there exist possible questions about the government's integrity which affect public confidence. These email addresses recently appeared on a publicly disclosed email thread that included the Arizona Secretary of State's staff and a CISA employee, requesting the censorship of several Tweets. The fact that CISA appears to be involved in this behavior is concerning, and raises questions about government integrity.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

AFL
