The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

I specifically stated the subject and topic of these records requested. Indeed, the keywords are the topics: I am requesting emails that pertain to "EB-5", "stephen miller", "kushner", "illegal immigration", "money laundering", "amarel", "whistleblower", or "resignation".
Other federal agencies and the OPM have already responded to mechanically identical FOIA requests without issues, therefore it appears as though there is no reason why the OPM can not release records to this request unless there is something that is being hidden.
Please acknowledge this appeal as proceed with the processing of my request ASAP.
