Good afternoon,
We are processing your request for "all emails containing the words "Wyden" or "March 12, 2013" or "March 12" in the body of the email...", our case #DF-2014-00078. One email is simply a forwarding of the publicly available transcript from the open Global Threat Briefing for the SSCI on March 12, 2013, at which Wyden was present. There is no commentary in the forwarding email at all. Since this is publicly available already (Fed News Service) may we consider it non-responsive to your request?
Thank you,
Jennifer
