The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

According to the GSA Offices managing your FOIA, your request is overly broad and we are unable to fulfill it until the scope of the subject matter is narrowed or clarified.
With that being said, we do want to let you know that we are almost completed with a FOIA response production that contains this information as stated above for Ms. Murphy and Ms. Gibert for items specifically regarding the Presidential Transition and associated processes for this time period.
Please note that both Ms. Murphy, as the GSA Administrator, and Mary Gibert, in addition to being the Federal Transition Coordinator, is also the GSA Associate Administrator for Civil Rights are involved in all variety GSA agency issues and activities in addition to the Presidential Transition, and their emails for this time period reflect that fact.
I would like to ask you if you would be agreeable to accepting a production for this FOIA request that is specifically targeted to Presidential Transition activities and items regarding this topic?  If so, we will be able to get you this information in fairly short order.
Please let me know if you would be agreeable to this by January 22, 2021, and kindly reference FOIA Request number GSA-2021-000275 when you respond.

Hey folks! Apologies for the slow reply here - I missed an email back in January.

Restricting the request to metadata items related Presidential Transition activities sounds perfect, thank you for the suggestion.

Regards,

-Leigh
